Mozaic Beach Club Private Dining Room Has Launched!

An extraordinary masterpiece of theatrical décor where exquisite food and living art meet, has opened its doors at The Mozaic Beach Club in Batu Belig. The Lotus Arts de Vivre Private Dining Room Created for Chris Salans, is a romantic and dramatic room where the finest of the Mozaic name meets the eccentric and surprisingly delightful chic décor of Lotus Arts de Vivre. Under a starry sky, surrounded by gold lotus ponds and silver-gilded lion and dragon heads, the Mozaic dining experience of tasting menus and precious ingredients are parading with excellent service and savoir faire.

The Private Dining Room welcomes up to 20 guests and features not only this magnificent theatrical décor but the tasting menus of Chefs Chris Salans and James Ephraim. Offering a voyage through the tropical night, the dining room’s setting of two large round glass tables allows the private affair for a convivial dinner in another world. The Private room is available for private family dinners, romantic getaways or corporate dining upon reservation. Where menus designed especially for the event, will meet the theatrics of the décor in a fantastic way.

The Mozaic Beach Club, brain child of Chef Chris Salans and part of the Mozaic Group, opened in 2012 on Batu Belig Beach, Seminyak. The Mozaic Beach Club showcases a poolside chill-out tapas menu, a lunch menu on the deck and a fine dining restaurant within the same premises on Batu Belig Beach.

The large deck and poolside bar and lounge, situated only a few steps away from the new W Hotel, is perfectly located for a stunning sunset on one of Bali’s uber-hip South Coast. Combining Salans’ culinary genius and hospitality savoir faire, his flair for great service and the expertise of a team he assembled over the years, Chris Salans creates the perfect synergy of all, with the Mozaic Beach Club. In partnership with some of the industry’s best suppliers and greatest names of excellence like Schott Zwiesel, Nayati and Lotus Art de Vivre, The Mozaic Beach Club opened to great acclaim.

The all day poolside tapas, à la carte lunch on the deck, evening dining à la carte or tasting menus and private dining room, are designed around the Mozaic concept of educated, professional service and great food. Partnered with Chef James Ephraim at the helm of the kitchen, the Mozaic Beach Club brings the Mozaic name to the beach, in a relaxed atmosphere.
