Intercontinental Fiji Introduces New Itokani Butler Service For Your Holiday

Travellers can now take the stress out of organising a holiday with round-the-clock assistance as part of InterContinental Fiji Golf Resort & Spa’s new Itokani butler service.

Guests staying at the exclusive Club InterContinental resort – Fiji’s only luxury resort within a resort – can enjoy personalised service and a suite of luxury privileges from the Itokani team, from the moment a reservation is made, through to returning home.

Itokani, meaning “at your side”, has been designed by the resort as an extension of its existing renowned butler program to provide guests with authentic experiences and a deeper understanding of Fijian culture and customs.

The Itokani butlers liaise with Club guests before arriving at the resort to design a personalised holiday itinerary, composed from a menu of services and tailored to a range of locally-inspired activities and experiences.

The pre-arrival preparations aim to help guests make the most out of their holiday – with the butlers planning anything from a surprise romantic beachside cabana dinner, a private Navo Island picnic or luxurious cleansing Cleopatra bathing ritual. For families, a range of cultural and adventure activities and babysitting services are also on the menu.

Available from 1 November 2012, Terrace Dining includes a three-course candle-lit dinner, served by an Itokani butler in an undisturbed evening of secluded dining.

InterContinental Fiji’s Club InterContinental is an exclusive hideaway resort, with 55 hilltop suites overlooking the pristine Natadola Bay, recognised as one of the best beaches in the world by Forbes Magazine.
